Start by buying about four Sunday Papers. Now you need a filing system.
Either in a small file box or you cut out coupons and file by product. Like soap, toothpaste or laundry soap. They make special coupon holders for cut coupons. Get started Colleting your Coupons and organize them so you can find them very quickly. Your cut coupons as you end up with more will always be a problem. You have to not only file them in a certain way but also keep track of expiration dates.
